Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct auto spare parts

  • Handle daily sales operations and invoicing

  • Provide professional customer service

  • Follow up with customer inquiries and requests

  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations team

  • Maintain accurate sales records

  • Support branch operations when required

  • Learn and understand Chinese auto spare parts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Fluent in Arabic (speaking and reading)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Previous experience in auto spare parts sales preferred

  • Experience with Chinese car brands is an advantage

  • Good computer skills

  • Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team

  • Preferred nationality: Indian
