Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Russian Speaker to join our team in Sharjah for branding, marketing, customers follow up, motivating customers for new products, new customer enquiry, follow ups, inventory management, quality compliance, credit follow up and R&D coordination. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for driving sales and business development within the CIS region, ensuring sustainable growth and strengthening our market presence.

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand business in the CIS region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and customers, ensuring continuous business growth. • Oversee and manage export/import processes, ensuring compliance with international shipping and logistics requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Sales, preferably within international shipping, logistics, or exports. • Languages: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Russian is essential. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of export/import documentation and related processes. • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
