Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the construction equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and equipment sales processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
  • Solid organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
