Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - ELV Systems located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Exeutive will be responsible for developing sales , handling customer service inquiries, and driving sales efforts to meet business objectives.

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Finding and contacting potential new clients through various channels like cold calling, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems market, focusing on project acquisition and client relationship building.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation for management review.
  • Conduct site visits, assess client requirements, and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation.
  • Customer needs analysis: Understanding customer requirements and "pain points" to offer the most suitable products or services.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, handle issues, and encourage repeat business.
  • Tracking and reporting: Maintaining records of customer interactions, updating customer databases, and preparing sales reports to track progress against goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 Years of Sales Experience in Technical Industry
  • Understanding of ELV systems
  • Drive sales Targets, and handle 3 product distribution portfolio
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of ELV systems, including security, fire alarm, access control, and building automation.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, facilitating effective communication with a global clientele.
