Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and channel partners
- Support brokers with product knowledge, pricing, payment plans, and marketing materials
- Track leads and sales generated through indirect channels
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for broker-led sales
- Monitor partner performance and achieve indirect sales targets
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and legal teams
- Resolve channel partner issues and ensure smooth deal closures
Desired Candidate Profile
Bacheloru2019s degree or Diploma (preferred)
- 2u20135 years of experience in real estate sales or channel/indirect sales
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Knowledge of the local Iraq real estate market
- Valid driving license (preferred)
