Job Description

The Sales Executive for the Home Division is a dynamic and pivotal role focused on driving sales, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets within the designated home products category. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize brand visibility. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies, allowing you to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Your expertise in negotiation, communication, and sales analysis will be critical in securing long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and networks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience within the home division.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
