Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Al Bayader International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (HORECA) to join our UAE Team. The role requires proven experience in managing HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Catering companies, F&B , or Wholesale) with a strong focus on FMCG / Food Packaging sales.

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with HORECA clients in UAE
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the HORECA segment.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and close deals with key accounts.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of proven HORECA sales experience (preferably FMCG / Food Packaging).
  • UAE market experience is mandatory.
  • Strong network and contacts within the HORECA industry.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
