Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive - HVAC plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the HVAC industry. This position involves building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. The incumbent will be responsible for expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the growth strategies of the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication skills, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. The role requires a dynamic individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively, with a focus on achieving excellent customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the HVAC industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide clients with expert advice on HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and understand competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the accurate execution of projects.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and sales performance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Proactive attitude with a drive to achieve and succeed in sales endeavors.
