Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in the retail store, providing knowledgeable assistance and product recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of electronics, home appliances, computers, mobile phones, and networking devices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling complementary items.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively advise customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience from initial contact to after-sales support.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store s point-of-sale system and manage related documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to organize product displays, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure merchandise is well-stocked.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within electronics or home appliances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong ability to understand and explain technical product features to non-technical customers.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and personal integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
