Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand B2B industrial sales for polymer fiber packaging materials

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business leads in the assigned territory

  • Conduct field visits and client meetings with corporate/industrial customers

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

  • Prepare basic reports on sales activities and performance

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduated in any discipline

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude can apply)

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)

  • Confident, target-driven, and proactive approach

  • Willingness to work in field sales / outdoor role

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

  • Strong negotiation and client handling skills

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

  • Valid driving license preferred

  • Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia / UAE and adapt to an international work environment
