Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship management : build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.

Product promotion: Educate clients about the features and benefits of our marble and ceramic tile products, effectively demonstrating how they meet their specific need and preferences.

Sales strategy development : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement innovative sales strategies aimed at achieving targets and maximizing revenue.

Market research : stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Order processing and follow up : Manage the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any customer inquiries and concerns.

Sales reporting: prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into performance metrics and identifying areas of improvement.

Product Knowledge enhancement : Continuously expand your knowledge of our product offering, staying informed about new product launches, feature and applications.


Requirement :


Bachelor degree in Business administration, marketing or related field (Experience or background in interior design is a plus)

2 to 3 years of experience in same or related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels.

Passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to details.
