Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Support and enforce sales processes while generating leads.
  • Assist in growing our Odoo business through strategic research, cold calls, emails, and visits.
  • Focus on selling, invoicing existing projects, and signing new contracts with clients.
  • Evaluate and report sales performance while gathering client feedback.
  • Manage sales back-office operations.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining proposals and contracts.
  • Introduce potential and existing clients to our products and services.
  • Stay updated on company products and services.
  • Collect and document client data, payment methods, and purchase history.

Desired Candidate Profile

Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in software sales and business development.
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with software solutions such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or retail POS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of Odoo or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
