Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and identify their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance details clearly and professionally.
  • Present Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
  • Suggest and promote optional equipment and accessories to enhance the customer s purchase.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and the Head of Used Cars.
  • Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and financing options accurately.
  • Advise customers on the availability of current and upcoming vehicle models.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) to facilitate registration and insurance procedures.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
