Sales Representative – Fall Protection & Construction Safety-Location: Abu Dhabi/Northern Emirates, UAE . About the Role: We are expanding our team and looking for a driven Sales Representative to accelerate the growth of our safety fall protection and netting solutions across the UAE construction sector.

This is a hands-on, field-based role perfect for an ambitious professional looking to aggressively build their book of business and advance their career. If you know the local construction market and thrive in a performance-rewarding environment, we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do: Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with contractors and developers across the UAE. Promote our specialized range of fall protection systems and safety materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with site HSE managers, procurement teams. Manage the full sales cycle from initial site visits and outreach to negotiation and closing. What You Bring:2–4 years of B2C sales experience, specifically within construction materials, site equipment, or safety products. Solid, established understanding of the UAE construction market dynamics. A "hunter" mentality with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Valid UAE driving license is must.
