Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM database with all lead interactions, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.
Track and analyze lead data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; contribute to team revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align on campaigns and client onboarding.
Prepare and update sales reports, activity summaries, and performance dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to support strategic decisions.

Valid UAE Driving License (strongly preferred — field visits and client meetings may be required
Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market with an understanding of local business culture.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with sales automation tools, email sequencing, or lead scoring platforms.
Experience in B2B sales environments or real estate, holdings, or property-related sectors.
