Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with strong knowledge and experience in heavy machinery and construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our sales network across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish contact with potential customers within the heavy machinery and foundation equipment sector.

Schedule and perform product presentations and on-site demonstrations for prospective clients.

Visit customer sites and ongoing projects to identify new opportunities for potential sales.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions to identify potential leads and strengthen client relationships.

Recommend marketing and outreach strategies to effectively target specific companies or market segments.

Prepare, follow up, and negotiate quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.

Generate and submit accurate sales activity reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Collaborate with the logistics and service teams to ensure smooth handling and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Qualifications : Knowledge or experience in sales / rent of heavy machinery, foundation equipment, or construction machinery. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales or technical role. Understanding of crane machines & drilling rigs or related industrial machinery. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to client sites and projects. Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet sales targets. Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in English & Arabic is a MUST, any other language is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you have a valid driving license in the UAE?
