Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with retailers, dealers, and key accounts across Abu Dhabi.
  • Drive sales growth for home appliance/MDA products through effective market strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, stock availability, and deliveries.
  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in sales within the home appliances or MDA industry in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong network with dealers, distributors, and modern trade clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
