Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recycled product sector (B2B and B2C).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, trade shows, and site visits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Coordinate with the production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote environmentally responsible practices and the benefits of using recycled products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in recycled products, industrial raw materials, or manufacturing.
  • Strong network in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license
