Job Description:

You will be responsible for managing the daily sales or leasing activities within your designated territories. This includes communicating with potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels to address their rental needs until the suitable property is identified. You will assess the needs, living standards, and financial suitability of potential customers. You will meet with clients interested in selling, buying, or leasing their properties, and assist them by providing property tours. Additionally, you will prepare and present business proposals to persuade clients and secure consulting agreements. You will keep an eye on the property market, tracking new and existing properties available for sale, and stay informed about the market status. Marketing vacant properties to attract potential tenants will also be part of your role. You will evaluate client goals and tailor recommendations to suit their needs. Offering advice on appropriate property investments is an important aspect of the job. You will foster strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients, while also negotiating terms and closing deals.

Requirements:
Real estate experience is preferred. Female Arabic speakers are preferred. A driving license and a personal vehicle are mandatory. The ability to focus on and meet client requirements is essential.
