Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and delivering personalized solutions to drive sales and referrals.

  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry developments, and local market conditions to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients.

  • Property Marketing: Effectively market and promote properties to attract potential buyers, utilizing various channels such as social media, open houses, and networking events.

  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently, working closely with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundational knowledge of sales principles.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience, particularly in B2C environments, to demonstrate a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proven experience in the real estate industry, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the property market to drive client engagement, deliver tailored solutions, and facilitate successful transactions.
