Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for offline advertising services (printing, flex, vinyl, 3D signage, CNC cutting, laser cutting, and related offerings).
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; develop strategic plans to penetrate target accounts and segments (SMEs, events, retail brands, property developers, signage companies, etc.).
  • Conduct client needs assessments; translate requirements into clear, compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of capabilities to decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines; secure signed contracts and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, engineering, installation) to ensure feasible delivery and timely execution.
  • Manage project handoffs and act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales cycle.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, and project statuses); provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend client meetings, site surveys, and trade shows as needed; represent the company professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services (e.g., maintenance contracts, rebranding campaigns, signage refresh).

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of offline advertising products and production processes (printing, flex, vinyl, 3D signs, CNC cutting, laser cutting, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; ability to create professional proposals and estimates.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Role Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of advertising and signage solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience in advertising, printing, signage, or related industries, with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Communication Skills: Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.


Licenses required: Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) and willingness to travel for client visits.
