Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads in the decor and fit-out market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (B2B & B2C)

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and fit-out solutions

  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project needs

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for execution

  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and after-sales service

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market competitors

  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in decor, interior design, or fit-out industry

  • Strong ability to generate leads and close deals

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishing

  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality

  • Experience in handling site visits and client meetings

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Team player with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools

  • Knowledge of UAE market is a plus

  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
