What You ll Be Doing
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads (inbound & outbound)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marketing and media space
Convert incoming inquiries into meaningful partnerships
Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans
Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to close high-impact deals
What We re Looking For
3 5 years of sales experience (agency or marketing background preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven record of exceeding targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach strategies
Driven, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
