Roles & Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify and build a pipeline of target clients across industries (HR, outsourcing, recruitment, BPO, etc.).
  • Initiate outbound communication (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to introduce Source It services and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass warm leads to the BD team.
  • Manage and update CRM with all outreach activities, lead status, and client interactions.
  • Schedule discovery calls and assist in preparing briefing notes for the BD team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Track lead generation performance and report KPIs weekly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Attend internal training and team meetings to continuously improve pitch quality and product knowledge.


    Requirements
    • 1u20133 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales (experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services is a plus).
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills u2014 both written and verbal.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound calling.
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar lead-gen tools is a plus.
    • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Based in Alexandria, Egypt.
