Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients and develop a commercial portfolio.
- Identify market opportunities and generate new contracts.
- Promote hotel services (accommodation, catering, events, meetings, banquets, etc.).
- Participate in commercial actions and promotional events.
- Handle commercial correspondence and create contracts and other related reservation documents, as needed.
- Perform commercial activity reports and sales follow-up.
- Analyze market trends and competition.
- Participate in the development of commercial strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Training in business, marketing, tourism or hotel management.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel industry.
- Mastery of French and English.
- Good presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Availability for professional travel and events.
