Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

  • Purpose of the position

    D. Develop the hotel's turnover through prospecting, customer loyalty and portfolio management , in line with the commercial strategy, brand standards and the establishment's budgetary objectives.

  • Main missions

    1. Business Development

  • Prospecting for new clients (corporate, MICE, groups, long stays)

  • Develop and retain an existing client portfolio

  • Identify local, national and international market opportunities

  • To offer commercial deals tailored to customer needs

  • 2. Sales and negotiation

  • to develop and negotiate contracts (corporate, group, events)

  • Follow up on quotes, proposals and contracts

  • Participate in defining pricing policy in conjunction with Revenue Management

  • Achieving the set revenue targets

  • Represent the hotel to strategic partners and clients

  • Participating in trade shows, workshops, professional events

  • Organize and conduct commercial visits for the hotel.

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • 4. Internal coordination

  • Transmit business information to operational teams

  • Monitor group and event files

  • Collaborating closely with reception, reservations and F&B

  • Ensure the proper execution of commercial commitments

  • 5. Reporting & Monitoring

  • Update CRM tools and tracking dashboards

  • Analyze business results and performance indicators

  • Produce regular reports (weekly, monthly)

  • Propose corrective actions if necessary
