Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client portfolio.
  • Prepare and develop commercial offers by mastering sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Maintain and strengthen business relationships with our clients.
  • To ensure meticulous follow-up of files and offer a personalized service.
  • Identify and respond to customer needs.
  • Assess and anticipate potential risks for our clients.

Sales skills:

  • Proficiency in B2B sales techniques, negotiation, call center.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Management of the complete sales cycle (prospecting, follow-up, closing, customer loyalty).

Technical skills:

  • Understanding cybersecurity issues; auditing and compliance.
  • Knowledge of managed SOC offerings and network security solutions.

Interpersonal skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French (English would be an asset).
  • Customer focus and a strong sense of service.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with the technical team.
