Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in the real estate sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing property sales. A strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential, commercial, or investment properties to prospective clients.

Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

Understand clients needs and provide appropriate property solutions.

Conduct property viewings, site tours, and meetings with potential buyers.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.

Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

Maintain and update the client database and sales pipeline regularly.

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and real estate laws.

Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.


Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry (3+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and the local market.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
