Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and mechanics in identifying and selecting automotive spare parts.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
Prepare quotations and process sales invoices.
Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
Promote additional products and upsell when appropriate.
Manage customer orders and follow up on backorders.
Inventory & Stock Support
Assist with receiving, checking, and shelving incoming spare parts.
Verify deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
Maintain accurate stock records in the system.
Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory audits.
Ensure proper labeling and organization of parts in the warehouse/store.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and report to management.
Support stock transfers between branches if required.
