Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate Aero Bridge s products and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM systems.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Participate in virtual meetings, webinars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Represent Aero Bridge s values and brand with professionalism in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the sales profession.
