Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate Aero Bridge s products and services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Participate in virtual meetings, webinars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Represent Aero Bridge s values and brand with professionalism in all interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the sales profession.
