Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Core function: Drive new business and manage key accounts for AIC s security and low-current solutions portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Site surveys with presales/technical teams to translate needs into solution scope.
- Preparing technical/commercial proposals, BOQs, and competitive comparisons.
- Managing tender participation, customer presentations, and closing negotiations.
- Maintaining CRM discipline, forecasting, and post-sale relationship management with delivery teams.Identify and develop new business opportunities within the access control, biometric, CCTV, and smart card solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their security and automation needs.
- Present and demonstrate AIC s product portfolio, including biometric devices, attendance systems, automatic gates, and video management systems, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to secure new contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote AIC s brand and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the security systems, automation, or technology sectors.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product features.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events as required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
