Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance during product selection and execution.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Process sales through conversational channels with professionalism
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms
- Build long-term client trust and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, Factory, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and execution.
- Preparing sales reports and daily transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Desired Candidate Profile
- Gender : No preference
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably Applied Arts graduate
- Experience: 2 5 years of experience in furniture sale
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation and presentation skills , Customer service Oriented
- Computer Skills: Good user of MS Office & Internet and ERP System, e.g Jira.
- Language: Good English is a must
- Digital Tools : Frequent user of WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs.
- Personal Traits : Presentable with professional attitude
