Roles & Responsibilities

Alter8 Holistic Fitness is looking for a motivated and outgoing Part-Time Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming potential clients, providing information about our fitness programs, memberships, and services, and assisting in converting inquiries into memberships. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in health and fitness. In addition, the position involves performing daily front desk tasks, including handling client check-ins, managing bookings, and maintaining a well-organized reception area.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Presentable, organized, and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities to manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and familiarity with booking systems is a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fitness environments is an advantage but not required.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
