Roles & Responsibilities

  • We provide subscription-based access to a powerful construction project tracking platform a business development tool that gives subscribers instant access to thousands of ongoing and completed projects. With coverage in more than 65 countries, we deliver the most accurate and comprehensive construction project database combined with business analysis and forecasting, helping businesses make sales, win contracts, and plan for future growth.
  • Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct online and on-site product demos for decision-makers.
  • Generate, qualify, and target B2B clients in the construction market (manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, consultants, etc.).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate business proposals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and refine sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree (required).
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or construction-related services.
  • Proven success in subscription-based sales.
  • Strong presentation, closing, and negotiation skills.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and construction workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
