Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the travel and tourism sector, focusing on both individual and corporate clients.

  • Promote and sell a full range of travel services, including airline tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and visa assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing expert advice and tailored travel solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking processes and high-quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new travel products to effectively position Hayat Travel s services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the company s CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
