Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Medicare s client base
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Present and promote Medicare s services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and ensure service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide feedback to management regarding client needs, product development, and service improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client-facing roles.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
