Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic Real Estate market and be well-versed across all products, projects and developers within Nawy s inventory.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding Real Estate properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients needs.
  • Engage with potential clients to facilitate the purchase of real estate properties.
  • Thoroughly assess clients preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations.
  • Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy s guidelines.
  • Escort interested clients on property viewings.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the developer through contracting procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
  • Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing continuing to share product insights with them.
