Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and elegant manner, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our luxury watches collections and their craftsmanship to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up.
  • Drive sales by achieving and exceeding individual and store targets.
  • Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and professionally.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury watches, jewelry, and high-end fashion.
  • Support in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Handle client inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and trust.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • 0 2 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, fashion, or similar high-end products).
  • Strong passion for luxury brands and a refined aesthetic sense.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Cairo resident or willing to relocate to Cairo.
