Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth through developing existing client accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
  • Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, follow ups, and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Commercial Coordination

  • Handle the complete sales cycle including presentations, negotiations, quotations, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company policies and profit objectives.

Project Coordination & Site Visits

  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and assess project needs.
  • Coordinate internally to support preparation of quotations and project requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and submit all required sales documentation on time, including quotations, proposals, sales reports, and client visit reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the company system.

Marketing & Market Representation

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
  • Support marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
