Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through developing existing client accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
- Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.
- Conduct regular client meetings, follow ups, and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Commercial Coordination
- Handle the complete sales cycle including presentations, negotiations, quotations, and closing deals.
- Prepare and submit commercial offers, quotations, and proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with company policies and profit objectives.
Project Coordination & Site Visits
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and assess project needs.
- Coordinate internally to support preparation of quotations and project requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit all required sales documentation on time, including quotations, proposals, sales reports, and client visit reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the company system.
Marketing & Market Representation
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events.
- Support marketing activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads.
