Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

RizmiWare is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and support our sales and business development activities.

The role focuses on handling inbound leads, communicating with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful deals, mainly in ERP, Odoo, and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
  • Contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Present company services and products in a clear and professional way
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings (online or on-site)
  • Maintain accurate lead status and updates
  • Support sales pipeline management and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder and Technical Team to understand solutions and pricing
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and lead conversion

Desired Candidate Profile

Must Have

  • 0 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent Arabic, good English
  • High level of organization and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to learn technical products (ERP / Odoo / SaaS)
  • Basic experience with:
    • WhatsApp Business
    • Google Sheets / Excel
    • CRM systems or strong willingness to learn

Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure to ERP systems, Odoo, or SaaS products
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience dealing with companies or professional services (law firms, trading, services)
