Roles & Responsibilities

Make calls to international clients to advertise our services

Clearly explain company services and handle inquiries professionally

Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions

Working Hours:
8-hour shift including 1-hour break (7 hours of actual work)
Monday to Friday
3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Egyptian time)

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory)
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to type and write professionally in English
Comfortable and experienced with using a computer
Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
