Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate sector, focusing on properties managed or developed by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits to maximize interest and conversion.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals in alignment with company policies and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform sales tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences to expand the client base and promote company offerings.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and client records are accurately maintained and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the company to high-value clients.
  • Willingness to work from the office and travel to property sites as required.
