Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Convert qualified inquiries and leads into enrollments and completed registrations; close deals against monthly targets.
Conduct school tours and presentations; represent the school at events and fairs.
Manage leads in the customer relationship system with timely, structured follow-up.
Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academics for smooth onboarding.
Report weekly on pipeline, conversions, and market feedback.
Compensation
- Salary range: 18,000 25,000 EGP gross per month (based on experience).
- Monthly performance bonus + per-enrollment incentive.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent English; strong Arabic communication; confident, professional presence.
- 2 3 years of proven sales experience; education sector experience is a plus.
- Customer-service mindset; organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and customer relationship tools; accurate data entry.
- Able to work on-site, with some evenings/weekends for events.
