Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support: Greet customers, offer assistance, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Sales Guidance: Escort customers to relevant sections, suggest suitable products, and enhance customer confidence through expert advice.
Product Knowledge & Consultation: Inform customers about product features, specifications, and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Documentation & Customer Records: Maintain accurate customer profiles, update records, and ensure seamless transaction processing.
Client Relationship Management: Keep clientele informed about promotions, exclusive sales, and upcoming product launches.
Team Leadership & Supervision: Guide and support the sales team, monitor performance, and drive achievement of showroom sales objectives
Requirements
Bachelor degree from a reputable university
From3-5 years sales experience
Fluent in English
Excellent in computer skills
Presentable
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills
Flexible and open approach
