Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling a specific fintech product directly to customers through on-ground sales activities. This role involves engaging potential customers in person, explaining product features and benefits, and achieving assigned sales targets. The position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in sales no prior fintech or extensive sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct on-ground sales activities in assigned areas to promote and sell the company's fintech product.
- Approach potential customers, explain product features, and provide demonstrations as needed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and field marketing initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications or digital products is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: High school diploma or higher (any discipline).
