Your Day to Day

As a Sales Executive, you ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our exceptional hotel experiences. You will:

• Assist in the development and execution of the hotel s sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate, leisure, and MICE clients.
• Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment activities to strengthen partnerships.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in business objectives and promotional activities.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions as required.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel s facilities, services, and competitive set.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Sales within a 5-star hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and a drive to achieve results.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS, Delphi, or similar sales systems preferred.
