Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a client for a Sales Executive to join our prestigious luxury retail showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium brands, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in luxury sales. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience, driving sales performance, and upholding the highest standards of visual presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities
:

Welcome and engage clients with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a tailored luxury shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations from our exclusive portfolio.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective client Eling, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed about the latest market trends and brand updates.
Ensure the showroom is immaculate and visually always aligned with brand guidelines.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Support in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 4 years of experience in high-end or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
Previous experience with internationally recognized luxury brands is a must.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build meaningful customer relationships.
Highly presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
