Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for pigments and additives within the paints and coatings segment.
  • Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets and targets for assigned product lines and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers based on application requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in pigment and additives sales within the paints & coatings industry (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of pigment and additive technologies and their end-use applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Arabic speaking candidates will be given preference.
