Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert advice on fitness and sports equipment. Additional duties include identifying customer needs, showcasing product features, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of inventory, and achieving sales targets set by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable fitness and sports products based on their needs
- Provide detailed product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations
- Deliver a high level of customer service and in-store experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and support inventory management
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Stay updated with new arrivals, promotions, and product features
- Support team activities to improve overall store performance
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years of retail sales experience (sports / gym equipment preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building ability
- Good knowledge of fitness equipment and accessories is an advantage
- Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude with a passion for retail and fitness industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
