Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our digital marketing services in the vibrant Dubai market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep curiosity for digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from initial market education and lead generation to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships. This role is crucial, as you will be the founding member of our sales team, with a direct path to training and managing future sales executives. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Expertise Rapid Education: Quickly and thoroughly understand our entire suite of digital marketing services, including (but not limited to) SEO, Paid Media (PPC), Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Website Development, and Email Marketing. Lead Generation & Prospecting Proactive Outreach: Strategically identify and generate new business leads using a variety of methods. Cold Outreach: Execute effective cold-calling, cold-emailing, and LinkedIn/social selling campaigns to targeted businesses. Networking: Actively participate in Dubai-based professional networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to build a robust pipeline. Consultative Selling: Translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, tangible business value for prospects. Sales Cycle Management Qualification: Skillfully qualify leads to determine their fit, needs, and budget. Client Meetings: Schedule, prepare for, and conduct high-impact sales meetings and presentations with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Proposal Development: Create customized, compelling, and professional proposals that clearly outline solutions and pricing. Closing: Negotiate contracts and close new business deals to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
